PRIDA Fundraising Dance
Saludos PRIDA members!

Our Fundraising Dance is scheduled for
Friday, October 9th
6:00 pm to 11:00 p.m.
Julia de Burgos Cultural Center
Tickets are $40 in advance, $50 at the door, and will include entry to the dance,
one plate of food and one drink. There will be an open bar where members
and guests can purchase additional drinks. All members, supporters and
friends are urged to help by taking taking responsibility for 4 tickets
each and more if possible.

We need your participation to minimize expenses. We need volunteers to
assist in the event at the door, setting up, selling raffle tickets,
assisting with food service, etc. We will also hold a silent auction. Any
artist who wishes to contribute to this endeavor will benefit from the
exposure as their art work will be prominently displayed. The proceeds
from the auction will be evenly distributed between the artist and PRIDA.
We will hold a 50/50 raffle as well.
Under consideration is a PRIDA Artists Market at the event. Up to 6 artists
will be given space to sell their art.

As a member, you can contribute ideas and join a committee to put this
fundraising event together. As part of PRIDA’s mission, it’s important that
we come together as a team to find ways to grow and strengthen the
organization. Your contributions will help PRIDA fulfill its mission to
promote and provide support for the Puerto Rican artists and the arts.
